When you purchase a Soul or Skill from soulkit.io, you receive a digital file containing a System Prompt — a set of instructions designed to give an AI agent a consistent identity, values, and decision-making framework. You are buying a license to use this content, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: - Use the Soul/Skill in your own AI agent setups - Use it for personal and commercial projects - Modify it for your own use You may NOT: - Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original content - Upload it to other marketplaces - Share it publicly (e.g. on GitHub, Gist, or social media) - Claim authorship of the original work

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after download. Exceptions: - The file is corrupted or undeliverable - The product description was materially misleading To request a refund, email refunds@soulkit.io within 7 days of purchase. We review each case individually and aim to respond within 48 hours.

If you sell on soulkit.io: - You retain ownership of your content - You grant soulkit.io a license to display and sell your content on the platform - soulkit.io takes a 30% commission on each sale - Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe - You are responsible for the accuracy of your product descriptions - We reserve the right to remove content that violates our quality standards or these terms

You may not upload or sell content that: - Promotes illegal activity - Contains malicious code or instructions - Infringes on third-party intellectual property - Is designed to deceive, manipulate, or harm users - Violates any applicable laws or regulations

AI agents using our Souls and Skills are tools — their output depends on how they're used, the underlying model, and your specific context. We cannot guarantee specific results. soulkit.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or products.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of soulkit.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
